Joseph Panarese

Experienced and certified fitness trainer, Joe has over 10 years’ experience with Sports Performance training having been trained personally by professional strength coach Dr. Gorman; advisor to major league organizations in the NFL, NHL, MLB, FIFA, NCAA, and Olympic Athletes. Joe spent time after his college career as a Division 1 athlete, studying personal fitness and being mentored by Dr. Gorman in the practices of Sports Science.

While studying functional fitness, Joe Co-Founded Biometric Awareness Training in 2014, a strength and conditioning group specializing in enhancing athletic performance; but also incorporating technology and data analytics as a core function to all the programs. Joe has trained over 200 athletes locally in different sports and numerous adults for personal fitness.

Joe has over 20 years playing, training, and coaching sports. Having played in a powerhouse high school program under well-respected baseball coach Frank Miele, Joe learned the importance of athletic training accompanying skills development. He went onto play Collegiate Baseball in Delaware and Manhattanville, before doing tours at pro tryouts. With a 90+ fastball, Joe emphasizes the importance of leg strength, balance control, and energy transfer; and has the ability to relate to youth athletes in ways they can understand.

Patience, active listening, and observing are strengths that Joe displays during training sessions. He is responsible for developing and executing all training programs at BAT.
